Our Commitment

PureLogix.ai is committed to digital accessibility. We want our website, client portal, and admin tools to be usable by people with a wide range of abilities, including people who use keyboards, screen readers, magnification, voice control, and other assistive technologies.

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA as our internal target. Accessibility is treated as part of “done,” not an afterthought.

What We Do

To work toward that target, our design and engineering practices include:

• Using semantic HTML and clear, logical heading order.
• Supporting full keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators and no keyboard traps.
• Providing labels, descriptions, and accessible error messages for form fields.
• Managing focus for dialogs and restoring it when they close.
• Providing a skip link to the main content and consistent landmarks.
• Aiming for sufficient color contrast and not relying on color alone to convey meaning.
• Respecting reduced-motion preferences.
• Providing meaningful alternative text for informative images and hiding decorative ones from assistive technology.

How We Test

We combine automated accessibility checks with manual review, including keyboard-only navigation and screen-reader spot checks, as part of building and reviewing changes. We continue to learn and improve, and we welcome feedback that helps us find issues we missed.

Known Limitations and Third-Party Content

Despite our efforts, some parts of the experience may not yet be fully accessible, and new issues can appear as the product evolves. Some features rely on third-party services (for example, scheduling or communications providers) whose accessibility we do not fully control. We work to choose accessible providers and to offer an alternative way to reach us where a barrier exists.
