How our AI phone assistant works when you request a callback — what it tells you, what we record, and how you stay in control.
Overview
PureLogix.ai offers an optional AI phone assistant that can call you back when you ask for a callback. This page explains, in plain English, how that works, what we record, and how you stay in control. Using the AI callback is always your choice.
When We Call
We only place an AI callback when you have explicitly requested one through a callback form and provided affirmative consent. We do not cold-call, and we do not place AI calls to people who have not asked for one.
We call within reasonable business hours and limit how often we attempt to reach you. If we cannot reach you, a person from our team may follow up using the contact details you provided.
How the Assistant Identifies Itself
At the start of the call, the AI assistant will:
- Clearly state that it is an AI assistant, not a human.
- Say that it is calling on behalf of PureLogix.ai.
- Confirm that you requested the callback and that it is a good time to talk.
- Explain the purpose of the call.
The assistant asks practical questions to understand your needs. It avoids high-pressure sales, does not make pricing promises beyond approved ranges, and does not make legal or compliance claims.
Consent We Capture
Before an AI call is placed, our callback form captures your affirmative consent. So we can demonstrate that a call was requested, we keep a consent record that may include:
- The exact consent text you were shown.
- Your consent choice (the checkbox value) and the timestamp.
- The phone number you submitted.
- The form or request identifier and the page you submitted from.
- Where legally appropriate, your IP address and browser user agent.
Recording and Transcripts
Calls may be recorded and/or transcribed so we can follow up accurately and improve quality, where this is permitted by law. Where the law requires it, the assistant will disclose recording at the start of the call and proceed only with your agreement.
Recordings, transcripts, and summaries are treated as confidential, stored securely with restricted access, and retained only as long as needed. We do not use them to train third-party general-purpose AI models.
Opt-Out and Do-Not-Call
You are always in control of the call. At any time you can:
- End the call.
- Ask to speak with a human instead, or request a human follow-up.
- Decline to answer any question.
- Ask not to be called again — and be added to our do-not-call list.
If you tell the assistant to stop, it will. To opt out of future calls at any time, or to ask us to delete a call recording or transcript, contact us at hello@purelogix.ai. We honor opt-out and do-not-call requests.
Human Review
AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. Call transcripts and summaries are reviewed by a person for quality and accuracy, and any next steps that affect you — such as scheduling, qualification, or a proposal — involve human review before they are acted on.
How This Relates to Your Privacy
The information collected during a requested callback is handled according to our Privacy Policy, including how it is used, shared with the vendors that help us place calls, retained, and the rights you can exercise. Our use of an outbound AI phone-call vendor sits behind an adapter layer so we can change providers responsibly.
